Memory Book for Rodney L. Smith

I met Rod when he delivered office supplies to me at NIH back in the early 2000s. One day, at Christmastime, I left work to find that I had a flat tire. It was late and snowing, but Rod took the time to change my tire for me. I then found out he lived in my neighborhood and it ended up that my daughter became friends with his daughter. Rod was always happy and friendly and always wanted to stop to ask how I was and to chat for a while. He will be missed.
